Shipping Info: - We need approximately 8 working days to have merchandise ready for shipping.

- We use Portuguese CTT service for shipping worldwide.

- Orders are processed through Paypal. Even if you don't have a Paypal account, you can use a debit or credit card to complete your purchase. International shipping charges will be added in Paypal checkout.

Return Policy: - Return of products may be done without prejudice to the customer when there has been an error in the shipment from our side or an error on the product.

- Complaints will only be accepted via email and within a maximum period of one week (5 working days) after delivery of the material. Complaints after this time limit will not be accepted. All complaints must be accompanied by photographs and all information regarding the error.
